CAN I OBTAIN REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
I HAVE SUBMITTED MY FULL PAPER AND PAID THE REGISTRATION FEES. CAN I WITHDRAW MY SUBMISSION?

IS THERE ANY FUNDING AVAILABLE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING WHEN PRESENTING PAPERS AT THE CONFERENCES?

- Once the registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable nor transferable.

- Yes, you may withdraw your submission by informing us. However, the registration fee is non-refundable nor transferable.
I HAVE SUBMITTED MY FULL PAPER AND PAID THE REGISTRATION FEES. BUT I CAN’T ATTEND. CAN I NOMINATE CO-AUTHOR TO PRESENT?
- Yes, you may. However, a request is required to be submitted in no less than 30 working days prior to the conference dates.
IS THERE ANY FUNDING AVAILABLE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
- There is no funding available for this conference. You may wish to seek financial assistance from relevant organisations.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING WHEN PRESENTING PAPERS AT THE CONFERENCES?
- It depends if your presentation is an oral presentation or poster presentation. For oral presentation, you will only need to bring your poster. As for oral presentation, you will only need to bring your USB/pen drive/flash drive which has your presentation slides in it. If you are using Apple-related products such as MacBook – please bring your connector.
